2.A. Patrons who have duly registered per policy BED (Local) may address the Board and make public comments on an agenda item during or before the board's consideration of the item.  The Board may allow public comment on agenda items at all meetings. The Board will continue with the remaining agenda after the registered patroons have had an opportunity to speak

3. ADJOURN INTO CLOSE SESSION

3.A. For the purpose of considering matters for which closed sessions are authorized by Chapter 551.071-551.084, Texas Government Code, whereupon the Superintendent at the request of the Board President, will present for the Board's consideration or discussion the following matters.

3.A.1. Section 551.074 For the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

3.A.1.a. Consider Superintendent's recommendation to terminate the probationary contract of a certified classroom teacher at the end of contract term Tex. Gov’t Code §§ 551.074

3.A.1.b. Discussion regarding Superintendent's personnel recommendations and resignations

3.A.1.c. Discussion regarding Superintendent's recommendations for the Chief of Police contract

3.A.1.d. Discussion regarding benefits provided to the assistant athletic director

4. RECOVENE IN OPEN SESSION

4.A. Consideration and Possible Approval of Items Discussed in Closed Session.

4.A.1. Discussion and possible action regarding the Superintendent's recommendation to terminate the probationary contract of a certified classroom teacher at the end of the contract term

4.A.2. Consideration and possible action regarding Superintendent's recommendations for hire and resignations

4.A.3. Consideration and possible action regarding Superintendents recommendation for the Chief of Police contract
