VI.A.1. Recommend approval of Resolution #017/19-20 for the adoption of the 2019-2020 Proposed Tax Rate.  Recommend to adopt a tax rate of no more than $1.186706 per $100.00 valuation with a Maintenance and Operations rate of $1.057000 and a Debt Service rate of $0.129706.  The 2019-2020 combined tax rate is $0.078294 less than the Fiscal Year 2018-2019.
