VI.A.1. Presentation on Canales Elementary Demolition and Disposal of Deteriorated Classroom Wings Process.

VII. General Function Item(s):

VII.A. Recommend approval of the following General Function Item(s):

VII.A.1. Administration is requesting Board approval to secure a proposal for Canales and Putegnat Elementary Schools Parking Lot Extension  from an approved contractor utilizing Cooperative JOC (Job Order Contract) method as per Gov’t Code Section 2269.407. 

VII.A.2. Recommend approval to proceed with the demolition and disposal of 2 deteriorated classroom wing buildings at Canales Elementary in the amount not to exceed $47,440.00.

VII.A.3. Recommend approval to select the Competitive Sealed Proposal delivery method as authorized by the Texas Education Code in accordance with Chapter 2269 of the Government Code for Construction Services, for the Canopy Repairs at Martin and Villa Nueva Elementary Schools and Faulk and Stell Middle Schools.
