III.A. Review and discuss Policy Update 112 Legal and Local Policies as required under BF(LOCAL) prior to approval at the next board meeting.

III.B. Review and discuss Policy Update 113 Legal and Local Policies as required under BF(LOCAL) prior to approval at the next board meeting.

IV. Request by Policy Chair, different members of the Board, and/or Administration.

IV.A. Review and discuss process of updating DGBA(LOCAL) to permit use of hearing officers at each level.

IV.B. Discussion concerning legal authority of Board to permit hearing officers to preside and to make recommendations whether to grant or deny relief sought by grievant.  

IV.C. Request to have Administration develop a legal rationale, and to develop policy changes to DGBA to permit dismissal of remedies i.e.(not allowed in policy or by law).

V. Request to have Administration update BF(LOCAL) and or BF(EXHIBIT) to allow for a more streamlined process for handling future policy updates and to incorporate current digital technology into policy.

VI. Request that Administration seek TASB services to conduct a Policy Review.

VII. Request to Administration to update CH Local as relates to purchasing from cooperative purchasing organizations, to put in language to require the seeking of at least three bids.
