2.A. Texas Government Code Section 551.074 - Personnel, to deliberate regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee. 

2.B. Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 and 551.129  - For the purpose to consult with legal counsel regarding pending litigation in the case styled Holley v. Italy Independent School District, Civil Action No. 3:23-CV-01239-D in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division.

2.C. To discuss and collect information related to the Superintendent’s evaluation.

3. Reconvene into Open Session

4. Consider and approve prior month meeting minutes.

5. Consider and take possible action regarding the approval of the TASB Risk Management for Property & Liability Coverage for 2023-2024.

6. Consider and take possible action on approval to purchase a new freezer for Stafford Elementary in the amount of $62,375 from Buy-Board vendor Mission Restaurant Supply  in Fort Worth, Texas using funds received from the Action for Healthy Kids grant. 

7. Take action, if any, on matters discussed in Closed Session.
