Consider and take possible action on adopting the 2023-2024 Resolution to join litigation challenging the Commissioner of Education’s failure to provide Texas School Districts with advanced notice of measures, methods, and procedures to be used in the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 school years prior to the start of each of these school years, allegedly in violation of State Law.
