Texas Government Code Section 551.074 Personnel, to deliberate regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee. To discuss and collect information related to the Superintendent’s evaluation.
Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 and 551.129 For the purpose of consulting with legal counsel regarding pending litigation in the case styled Holley v. Italy Independent School District, Civil Action No. 3:23-CV-01239-D in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division.
