3.A. Pursuant to the Governor Abbott’s Temporary Suspension of Open Meetings Laws issued on March 16, 2020, this meeting will be conducted via audio conference, which will be audible to the Board and public and allow for two-way communication.  The Board President, presiding officer or trustees will not be physically present at one location but a quorum will be required for the meeting on the phone.  The public may access this meeting by calling the following toll-free number 1-602-610-2065 and conference code 604020.  An electronic copy of the agenda packet maybe viewed at the district website www.italyisd.org.  A recording of the meeting will be available for viewing on the District’s website.  A public comments form must have been completed one hour prior to the meeting in order to speak during the public comment period.

4. Consider and take possible action on a resolution addressing the district's response to COVID-19, particularly the ability to continue to compensate employees.
