1. Call to Order

1.A. In order to comply with Governor Abbott's social distancing order the board will meet in person situated six feet apart from each other.  No more than 10 people can be in the room and observers may be escorted to an overflow area and view the meeting on a screen.

3. Adjourn to closed session.

3.A. Adjourn to Closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074,
Personnel, to deliberate regarding the appointment, employment, resignation, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee.

4. Consider and take possible action regarding the employment contracts of Certified Personnel.

5. Consider rescinding termination of a probationary contract at the end of the contract term and accepting a resignation.

6. Consider non-Chapter 21 contracts for Business Manager and Director of Technology.

7. Adjourn
