VIII.D.9. Approve affidavit for removal of property from the fixed asset inventory list for Central Office Warehouse Cage, Transportation, Maintenance, and Lizana Elementary School. These items are broken, beyond repair, outdated, stolen, or damaged. (DM)

VIII.D.10. Approve request to reactivate Capital Assets. In a review of the fixed asset inventory, we found several items that have been disposed of in our Capital Asset system that are still active in the district. A list of items is attached. (DM)

VIII.D.12. Approve request to name North Woolmarket Elementary and Middle School Gymnasiums (FB):

VIII.D.13. Authorize North Woolmarket Elementary and Middle School to request assistance from the Harrison County Board of Supervisors (HCBOS) in obtaining assistance from the Woolmarket Work Center with the installation of playground shade structures.

VIII.D.14. Approve out-of-state travel for the West Wortham Middle School Adventure Club to travel to Boston, MA, Salem, MA, and New York City, NY, to visit historical sites, June 1-6, 2027.  Transportation will be charter buses. Costs:  $1,800 per student. Students are responsible for any costs left after fundraising.

• WHHS Rho Kappa travel to the National WWII Museum, New Orleans, LA on 10/22/2026.
• WHHS Cheerleaders travel to Jackson, MS for the Magnolia Regional Competition on 11/14/2026.
• WHHS Cheerleaders travel to Jackson, MS for the MSHAA Competition on 12/12/2026.
• WHHS Marching Band travel to Central Lafourche High School, Raceland, LA for a marching band competition on 10/3/2026.
• Transportation will be Harrison County School District Buses for the above travel.
• WHHS Cheerleaders travel to Orlando, FL  MS for the National High School Cheerleading competition on 01/27/27 through 02/01/2027 (dates are subject to change due to travel arrangements and transportation will be by Charter Bus).
