VII.C.2. Authorize payment in the amount of $1,221,156.60 to Dan Hensarling, Inc. for pay application #8 — DHS Stadium Phase II, Project No:024-054, for work completed through 6/30/2026. The project is currently sixty-five percent (65%) complete, less withheld retainage.

VII.C.8. Approve the 2026-27 District English Learner Program Plan as prepared by Melissa Garrison, Federal Programs Director.

VII.C.9. Permission to advertise a bid for Online Literature Curriculum and Assessment. This bid would be for the purpose of aiding our teachers in providing a comprehensive academic instruction program for all learners. Federal and/or district funds could be used to fund these purchases.

VII.C.10. Approve Darrel Saucier Innovative Classroom Grant.

VII.C.11. Authorize the Harrison County Athletic Department to contact the Harrison County Board of Supervisors for assistance. Specifically, for use of Harrison County athletic fields for HCSD programs during the 2026-27 school year, pending availability, and waiver of the rental fees under the Interlocal Agreement.

VII.C.12. Approve affidavit for removal of property from the fixed asset inventory list for Central Office — Upstairs Warehouse (Only Highlighted Items on attached inventory), Harrison Central High School, Career and Technical Center. These items are broken, beyond repair, outdated, stolen, or damaged. (DM)

VII.C.13. Approve request to reactivate Capital Assets. In a review of the fixed asset inventory, we found several items that have been disposed of in our Capital Asset system that are still active in the district. A list of items is attached. (DM)
