VIII.D.10. Approve Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College (MGCCC), School of Nursing and Health Professions Affiliation Agreement with the Harrison County School District.  This agreement is for a term of 4 years.

• Students attending a private school in the physical boundaries of the Harrison County School District
• Students that live in the Harrison County attendance area but attend a private school in another school District.

VIII.D.15.  Approve Memorandum of Understanding agreements with Private Schools for Equitable Services — Title I funds for:

• Students that live in the Harrison County attendance area but attend a private school in another school District.

VIII.D.16. Approve request to allow Harison County Sheriff's Department to use a school bus from June 5, 2026, through July 16, 2026, to transport students during their annual summer BRAVE  camp.

VIII.D.17. Approve the Assignment of 16th Section Land Lease, 16-7-11, between Spark Brixon, LLC as Assignor, and YLQ, L.L.C. as Assignee. (HCSD Lease # 1010 - FKA Crossroads Starbucks).

VIII.D.18. Approve Federal Program funds to pay for FY26 Title IV — Spring Dual Credit Assessment Fees — 3rd/4th Quarter for students that are eligible through Title IV.  Attached is a list of names for each high school. (IDAG)

VIII.D.19. Approve affidavit for removal of property from the fixed asset inventory list for Warehouse East, Bel-Aire Elementary, Special Service Center, . These items are broken, beyond repair, outdated, stolen, or damaged. (DM)

VIII.D.20. Approve request to reactivate Capital Assets. In a review of the fixed asset inventory, we found several items that have been disposed of in our Capital Asset system that are still active in the district. A list of items is attached. (DM)

VIII.D.21. Approve request allowing West Harrison High School cheerleaders to host their UCA cheer camp this summer.  The cost will exceed $5,000.00 making it necessary for School Board approval.  The cheerleaders will pay all expenses and raise money through various fundraisers.

VIII.D.22. Approve request for Harrison Central High School to host the Harrison Central Marching Invitation on October 17th at HCHS.  The event will begin at 4pm.

VIII.D.23. Approve the HCHS formal request to adopt the attached interlocking "HC" logos as the official logo for Harrison Central High School. (ACC)

VIII.D.24. Approve out-of-state travel for Harrison Central High School Volleyball to attend volleyball camp at the University of South Alabama, from 07/06/2026 through 07/08/2026.  The team commute each day. Transportation will be Harrison County School District buses.  The estimated cost of the trip $2,200.00 to be paid by the volleyball agency account. (JMA)
