VIII.F.2. Authorize payment in the amount of $9,024.15 to Wynn E. Clark for professional services rendered through February 19, 2026. Specific cases are detailed in the document provided and on file. (FDGB)

VIII.F.3. Authorize payment in the amount of $652,349.80 to Dan Hensarling, Inc. for pay application #3 — DHS Stadium Phase II, Project No:024-054, for work completed through 1/31/2026. The project is currently Eleven percent (11%) complete, less withheld retainage. 

VIII.F.4. Authorize payment in the amount of $344,397.10 to Dan Hensarling for pay application #12 — Creekbend Elementary & Middle School Classroom & Cafeteria Addition, Project No.:  023-033, for work completed through 1/31/2026.  The project is ninety-eight percent (98%) complete less withheld retainage.

VIII.F.5. Authorize payment in the amount of $1,800.00 to Valbridge Property Advisors for a certified appraisal conducted on 16th Section Land, and accept fair market value.  The property is located 16-7-11, RDJ Properties, d/b/a Maxem Health Urgent Care, 10556 Highway 40, Gulfport, MS 39503. VIII.F.6. Authorize Woolmarket Elementary & Middle School to accept a donation from Leo W. Seal Teacher Recognition Award for recipient Tanya Adams in the amount of $1,842.00. (DFK)

VIII.F.7.  Authorize HCCTC to accept the donation of $3,500.00 from the City of Gulfport to be used by the Technical Student Association.(DFK)

VIII.F.8. Authorize Creekbend Elementary & Middle School to accept the $4,400.00 grant from Ingalls. (DFK)

VIII.F.9. Approve permission to advertise for new scoreboard for d'Iberville High School Football stadium.

VIII.F.10. Approve permission to advertise a bid for Online Speech/Language Pathology (SLP Services).  This bid would be for 1 to 3 years.  Federal and/or district funds could be used to fund this service.

VIII.F.11. Approve permission to advertise for Safety Alert Badges Safety Platform.

VIII.F.12. Approve permission to advertise bids for the District and/or schools to purchase:

• Supplemental Materials

• Description/Background Information:  Bidding is necessary because in total the district will pay over $75,000 for these items/services.  Federal and district funds could be used to pay to purchase these items/services.

VIII.F.13. Authorize requesting use of the Lyman Community Center from the Harrison County Board of Supervisors and waive rental fees for W.H.H.S. Band Banquet on May 9, 2026. (DBGA)

VIII.F.14. Approve request to allow Maritime & Seafood Industry to use 2 school buses to transport campers during their annual Sea-N-Sail Adventure Camp June 1, 2026 through July 24, 2026.

VIII.F.15. Approve Federal Program funds to pay for FY26 Title IV — Spring Dual Credit Assessment Fees —1 Semester &  3rd Quarter for students that are eligible through Title IV.  Attached is a list of names for each high school. (IDAG)

VIII.F.16. Approve affidavit for removal of property from the fixed asset inventory list for d'Iberville Middle School, Harrison Central Elementary School, North Gulfport Ele & Middle School, Orange Grove Elementary School, Three Rivers Elementary School, West Harrison High School. These items are broken, beyond repair, outdated, stolen, or damaged. (DM)

VIII.F.17. Approve request to reactivate Capital Assets. In a review of the fixed asset inventory, we found several items that have been disposed of in our Capital Asset system that are still active in the district. A list of items is attached. (DM)

VIII.F.19. Approve out-of-state travel for Harrison Central Elementary 3rd Grade field trip to travel to the Exploreum Science Center, Mobile, Alabama on March 20, 2026. Transportation will be Harrison County School District buses. (JMA)

VIII.F.20. Approve out-of-state travel for d'iberville High School Bass Fishing Team to attend:

• TBF National Tournament, Lake Cumberland, KY 6/20/26 - 6/28/26
• Bassmasters High School Nationals, Kentucky Lake, KY, 7/26/26-8/2-26
• All transpiration and expenses are provided by parents

VIII.F.21. Approve out-of-state travel for Harrison Central High School Track Team to attend FSU Relays, at Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL, 03/27/26 - 03/28/2026.  Transporation will be Harrison County School District buses.

VIII.F.22. Approve out-of-state travel for Harrison County Career & Technical Center DECA permission to travel to Atlanta, GA to attend and compete at the DECA International Career Development Conference and Competition April 24-29, 2026.  First place students will be funded by the Carl Perkins Grant.  Hotel fees and/or park tickets may exceed $5,000 and will be paid out of the DECA club funds.
