VII.E.1. Approve Claim Docket for checks prepared and reconciled by the Accounting Department. (DJ)

VII.E.2. Authorize payment in the amount of $8,787.25, to Wynn E. Clark for professional services rendered through November 18, 2025. Specific cases are detailed in the document provided and on file. (FDGB)

VII.E.3. Authorize payment in the amount of $630.00 to Adams & Reese for professional services rendered through October 31, 2025. Specific cases are detailed in the document provided and on file. (FDGB)

VII.E.4. Authorize payment in the amount of $299,826.65 to Dixon Contracting Group, LLC for pay application #3 - DHS Stadium Phase I, Project No:024-054, for work completed through 11/18/2025. Project is currently Twenty-three percent (23%) complete, less withheld retainage. 

VII.E.5. Approve Agreement with the City of D'Iberville for use of recreational facilities owned by the City of D'Iberville - Rusty Quave Sports Complex.  The use is limited to soccer, baseball and softball.  The cost is reduced from $35,000 to $29,540 for the 2025-2026 school year.

VII.E.6. Authorize payment in the amount of $29,540.00 to the City of D'Iberville for use of recreational facilities at the Rusty Quave Sports Complex during the 2025-2026 school year.  (FDGB)

VII.E.7. Approve the Ground Lessor Estoppel Certificate for Gulfport Premium Outlets, as necessary for the Lessee's (Gulfport Factory Shops Limited Partnership) financing, which will encumber Lessee's interests in Gulfport Premium Outlets.  The property is located in Section 16, Township 7 South, Range 11 West, Harrison County.

VII.E.8. Approve a Non-Disturbance and Recognition Agreement with Affordable Care, LLC, for the 16th section land lease for RCG-Gulfport BB, LLC.  RCG-Gulfport BB, LLC is the master leaseholder and landlord for Affordable Care, LLC. (EBJ)

VII.E.9. Approve affidavit for removal of property from the fixed asset inventory list for West Wortham Elementary & Middle School, Maintenance. These items are broken, beyond repair, outdated, stolen, or damaged. (DM)

VII.E.10. Approve request to reactivate Capital Assets. In a review of the fixed asset inventory, we found several items that have been disposed of in our Capital Asset system that are still active in the district. A list of items is attached. (DM)

VII.E.11. Approve H.C.H.S. Cheer Team request to obtain purchase orders for the team to participate in the Nation High School Cheerleading Championships in Orlando, FL Feb. 2026.  This trip was previously school board approved on 7/14/2025.  The cost of the trip will exceed $5,000.00.  Any payment over $5,000.00 must be School Board approved for audit purposes. VII.E.13. Approve West Wortham Elementary and Middle School Band for out of state travel for a school-sponsored trip to the OWA Amusement Park in Foley, AL on May 15, 2026, leaving at 7:00 a.m and returning around 7:15 p.m.    Students and chaperons will travel by Harrison County School Bus.  The students are responsible for the cost of the trip.

VII.E.14.  Approve request to allow D'Iberville Middle School students to travel to Grand Bay, Alabama on January 9, 2026 for a field trip to NERR Center.

VII.E.15. Authorize Child Nutrition to accept the donation of $3,000.00 for North Woolmarket Elementary School from an anonymous donor, to relieve parents of cafeteria meal debt.

VII.E.16. *Approve out of state travel for North Gulfport Elementary Middle School girls basketball team to Fairhope Middle School, Alabama on December 6, 2025, to participate in a basketball tournament.  Transportation will be Harrison County School District buses. (JMA)
