VIII.H.3. Authorize payment in the amount of $586,425.50 to Dan Hensarling Inc.for pay application #8 - Creekbend Elementary & Middle School Classroom & Cafeteria Addition, Project No:023-033, for work completed through 09/30/2025 (69% Complete less withheld retainage).

Approve Change Order #2 to Dixon Contracting Group, LLC in the amount of $18,092, at D'Iberville Warrior Stadium Renovations.  Proposed changes are:  Over excavate 18" at all perimeter footings and backfill with 18' of clean sand as directed by HAA.  Includes Backfill of existing septic tank that was removed from building footprint. VIII.H.5. Authorize payment in the amount of $68,120.00 to Starks Contracting Co., Incfor pay application #5 - HCHS Gym Bathroom Renovation, Project No:024-061, for work completed through 08/20/2025. Project is 100% complete, including withheld retainage.

VIII.H.15. Authorize HCSD to accept the donation of  10,000 free admission tickets to the Mississippi Aquarium in Gulfport, thanks to a generous initiative by the Ocean of Opportunity Program - a partnership between the MS Aquarium and Hancock Whitney Bank.

VIII.H.16. Approve Federal Program funds to pay for FY26 Title IV  - Fall Dual Credit Assessment Fees - 1st Quarter for students that are eligible through Title IV.  Attached is a list of names for each high school. (IDAG)

VIII.H.17. Approve affidavit for removal of property from the fixed asset inventory list for D'Iberville Middle School, Lizana Elementary, Lyman Elementary, Transportation, West Harrison High School. These items are broken, beyond repair, outdated, stolen, or damaged. (DM)

VIII.H.20. Approve out of state travel for Three Rivers Elementary School 4th graders to travel to the Exploreum Science Center in Mobile, AL on November 21, 2025.  Transportation will be provided by HCSD school buses.

VIII.H.21. Approve out of state travel for NWEMS & HCES gifted student to attend the Mobile International Festival at the Convention Center on November 19, 2025.  Both schools will travel on the same HCSD School Bus.

VIII.H.22. Approve request to allow D'Iberville High School Boys Basketball Team to travel to Orlando, FL on December 17, 2025 - December 21, 2025 to participate in the Kaylee Scholarship Association Orlando Classic Basketball Tournament. The cost of the trip will exceed $5,000.00 and will be paid by the DHS Boys Basketball Team Booster Club.  Transportation will be provided by a charter bus — Lakeland Tours, LLC.  (JMA)
