VI.E.3. Approve Second Amendment to Shopping Center Lease Agreement between PMAT-Stirling Crossroads, LLC and PetSmart LLC, Inc. for the 16th section land located at Crossroads Center. (EBJ)

VI.E.4. Authorize payment in the amount of $499,260.00 to United Way of South Mississippi for the 2023-2024 PreK4Ward Program.  Total of eight (8) units: Saucier Elementary, Bel-Aire Elementary, D'Iberville Elementary, Harrison Central Elementary, River Oaks Elementary, Crossroads Elementary, North Woolmarket, and Lizana Elementary. 

VI.E.5. Authorize payment in the amount of $72,077.26 to D'Iberville Police Department for School Resource Officers provided from April 1, 2023 through June 30, 2023. (FDGB)

VI.E.6. Approve request extending homebound services for Harrison Central High School student #1410374, due to medical condition.  Documentation is provided. (IDDC)

VI.E.7. Approve HCSD Insurance Committee recommendation to allow the following companies to offer products to employees, which will be effective beginning January 2024:

VI.E.8. Authorize Federal Programs to pay advanced placement and dual credit fees for high school students enrolled in classes during FY2024, 1st quarter, and eligible through Title IV, free and reduced meals (IDGA)

VI.E.9. Authorize payment in the amount of $179,069.60 to Mississippi Municipal Workers Compensation Group for payment #1 of 3 installments for the annual premium. (FDGB)

VI.E.10. Approve request allowing D'Iberville High School Winter Guard to travel to Huntsville, Alabama on February 23-25, 2024, to participate in the WGI Regional competition at Rob Jones High School. (JMA)

VI.E.11. Approve request allowing select seniors at West Harrison High School to travel to Mobile, Alabama, on October 18, 2023, to tour the University of South Alabama campus. (JMA)

VI.E.12. Authorize to contact the Harrison County Board of Supervisors to request use of athletic fields for the upcoming sports seasons. 

VI.E.13. Approve request allowing Campground Baptist Church to remove the portables at West Wortham Elementary and Middle School Campus.  The portables are dilapidated and have been removed from the fixed asset inventory list.  Campground Baptist Church will remove the portables at their own expense and clean the area after removal.
