VII.D.1. Approve Claim Docket for checks prepared on July 14, 2023, and July 21, 2023, reconciled by the Accounting Department. (DJ)

VII.D.2. Authorize payment in the amount of $540,942.35 to Sprinturf for pay application #2 - Harrison Central High and D'Iberville High track replacement project. (FDGB)

VII.D.3. Approve Resolution with the City of D'Iberville and the Harrison County Board of Supervisors to construct a parking lot at warrior stadium.  The Harrison County School District will be responsible for $15,000.00 towards the purchase of limestone materials. 

VII.D.4. Approve request to dispose of certain records for the fiscal years ended June 30, 2018 and older, excluding Katrina related files, and including paid invoices, revenue binders, receipt warrants/books, trial balance reports, bank statements, agency and activity reports, check copies, other reports and documents. 

VII.D.5. Authorize acceptance of a donation in the amount of $2,500.00 from Dick's Sporting Goods Foundation to the Creekbend Middle School cheerleading squad. 

VII.D.6. Approve Authorization for Services by the Mississippi Forestry Commission for technical assistance - forest inventory at a rate of $50.00 per hour and will not exceed $200.00 total. 

VII.D.7. Approve request from Jeff and Deborah Savarese to cancel their 16th Section Land Lease on County Barn Road, containing 7.10 acres total. (EBJ)

VII.D.8. Authorize advertising sealed bid proposals for English Language Arts (ELA), Math, Science, and US History standards quizzes and professional development services for Federal Programs and the Curriculum Department. (DJED)

VII.D.9. Authorize to request assistance from the Harrison County Board of Supervisors for spreading sand across the soccer practice field at West Harrison High School.

VII.D.10. Authorize payment in the amount of $278,407.00 to Phoenix Construction, LLC, pay application #3 - HCSD Warehouse Improvements project. (FDGB)

VII.D.11. Approve affidavit for removal of property from the fixed asset inventory list for West Harrison High School for item #1000000306 - Semi Trailer. The trailer was damaged beyond repair during Hurricane Zeta and will be removed from the campus.

VII.D.12. Approve Memorandum of Understanding with Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources to provide mental health services and programs to children in the Harrison County School District beginning August 1, 2023 through July 31, 2024.
