VII.C.1. Approve Claim Docket for checks prepared on May 19, 2023, May 24, 2023, and June 2, 2023, reconciled by the Accounting Department. (DJ)

VII.C.2. Approve request allowing West Harrison High and Harrison Central High yearbook advisers/staff permission to attend the annual Josten's Auburn Summer Workshop on July 16-29, 2023 in Auburn, Alabama. (JMA)

VII.C.3. Approve Medical Analysis Service Agreement Addendum for Extended Services through July 8, 2028 with Medical Analysis, LLC, providing medical services for eligible employees and dependents. (JG)

VII.C.6. Authorize payment in the amount of $2,500.00 to the Texas Association of School Boards for the BoardBook Premiere subscription for July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024. (FDGB)

VII.C.7. Authorize payment in the amount of $52,426.90 for the Wetland Mitigation Lease from Section 16, Township 7 South, Range 11 West, to Section 16, Township 7 South, Range 12 West, Harrison County.  This is the lease agreement for wetlands mitigated for the development of Crossroads Shopping Center. VII.C.8. Approve request from Jeff and Debra Savarese to cancel their 16th Section Land Lease for property located at County Barn Road, Township 7 South, Range 11, West. The property was formerly leased to Williams Paving Company and remained undeveloped by Mr. Savarese. (EBJ)

VII.C.9. Approve request to remove past due rent as collective revenue on 16th Section land previously leased to LLG Enterprises.  The lease was canceled by the Harrison County School District on October 17, 2022. (EBJ)

VII.C.10. Authorize payment in the amount of $17,343.22 to Wynn Clark, Attorney at Law, School Board Attorney, for professional services rendered in specific matters and litigation.  Documentation provided in attached files. (FDGB) 

VII.C.11. Approve request allowing D'Iberville High soccer team to attend the summer camp at Pearl River Community College.  The total cost of the camp will exceed $5,000.00 for the entire team. (FDGB)

VII.C.12. Approve affidavits for removal of items from fixed asset inventory lists for items broken, obsolete, missing or stolen at the following locations: Maintenance Department, Harrison Central High, West Harrison High, Child Nutrition, Central Office, and St. Patrick Catholic School.
