A quorum of the Port Board of Directors will be attending SA to DC 2026 from Mar 23 – 26, 2026 in Washington, DC. Public matters may be discussed, but no action will be taken.

This is not a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors, but this notice is being posted in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. As a governmental body, the Board of Directors will not, take any formal action on any items discussed, nor will there be meeting minutes for this notice.
