Description:
Any person wishing to address the board on any issue within the jurisdiction of the board may speak at this time subject to reasonable time, place and manner restrictions. At the conclusion of the call, board members may 1) Respond to criticism to those who addressed the board, 2) Ask staff to review a matter, or 3) Ask that a matter be put on future agenda.

Discussion/possible action to consider, discuss, amend if desired, and if deemed advisable, to adopt a resolution ordering and calling a Special Budget Override Election to be held in and for the District and Declaring the deadline for submitting arguments "For" and "Against" the election to the Pinal County School Superintendent as August 16, 2013 at 5:00 p.m.

5. Discussion/possible action to give recommendation to County School Superintendent Jill Broussard regarding appointment of Governing Board member to fill the vacant position.
