Approval or Disapproval - Pursuant to Board Policy B-2850 allowing for the temporary suspension of Board Policy, consideration and approval of the suspension of portions of Board Policy J-4350 relating to interscholastic sports to suspend the restriction on charter school students in grades seven through twelve which limited their participation in only 1 public school program. This suspension of a portion of Board Policy J-4350 shall remain in effect until such time as the NMSBA Policy Service and/or the Board of Education revises the policy to comply with the New Mexico Public Schools Code and with appropriate practices applying to area charter schools.
