EXECUTIVE SESSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Education of the Española Public Schools may call an Executive Session Pursuant to NMSA 1978, Sec. 10-15-1 (H) (2)

Discussion and advice from Legal Counsel regarding the possible lease of real property by the Board, specifically the Alcalde Elementary School property, as permitted under Section 10-15-1(H)(8) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act

To discuss limited personnel matters as permitted under Section 10-15-1(H)(2) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act; specifically, so that the Superintendent can update the Board and legal counsel can advise, regarding the investigations of certified employees.
