EXECUTIVE SESSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Education of Española Public Schools will meet in Executive Session for the following purpose:
|

As permitted under Sections 10-15-1(H)(2), (4), and (7), specifically so that the Superintendent can update the Board, and legal counsel can advise, regarding the investigation of allegations and claims against certified employees and related cross claims, including related threat of litigation involving a student matter.
|
|
Discussion of possible disposal of real property by the Board as permitted under Section 10-15-1(H)(8) of the New Mexico Opens Meeting Act and related threatened litigation as permitted under Section 10-15-1(H)(7) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act so that the Superitendent can update the Board, legal counsel can advise, and the Board can discuss options related to District property, including possible litigation or disposition of real property.
