Limited Personnel matters as permitted under NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1(H)(2) of the New Mecico Open Meetings Act, specifically, so that the Superintendent can update the Board, and legal counsel can advise, regarding the investigations of certified employees by the Superintendent, including related cross claims

Meet with Legal Counsel as permitted under Section 10-15-1(H)(7) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act, specifically to discuss a threat of litigation involving a student matter
