EXECUTIVE SESSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Education of the Espanola Public Schools will meet in Executive Session to discuss advice of legal counsel regarding pending litigation as permitted under Section 10-15-1(H)(7) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act, specifically regarding a complaint filed on the Espanola Public Schools, Espanola Public Schools Board of Education, and Ruben Archuleta, Gilbert Serrano, and Bobbie Gutierrez. Pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1 (H) (2) for the following purpose- Limited personnel matters - Superintendent's Evaluation
