Intended Outcomes: Board members and Superintendent Gutierrez assisted by the facilitator will review the best process steps for the Board to exercise its role as the supervisor of the Superintendent and in the process to strengthen the Board/Superintendent team.

EXECUTIVE SESSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Education of the Española Public Schools will meet in Executive Session Pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1 (H) (2) regarding Limited Personnel Matters related to consideration of summative evaluation of Superintendent Gutierrez.
