Long-Range Facility Planning Committee Update

Closed Meeting

Consultation with District counsel regarding pending or contemplated litigation, a settlement offer or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas government Code pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code. 

Deliberation regarding the discipline of a public school child or to hear a complaint or charge brought against an employee of the school district by another employee and the complaint or charge directly results in a need for a hearing, pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.082.

Deliberation regarding a public school student, if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberations, pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.0821.

Deliberation on the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code. 

1) Consultation with Board's attorney regarding the procedures for the Level III appeal filed by Kayla Sollars pursuant to Board Policy FNG(LOCAL).
2) Conduct a hearing regarding Level III appeal filed by Kayla Sollars pursuant to Board Policy FNG(LOCAL).
3) Consultation with Board's attorney and deliberation regarding Level III appeal pursuant to Board Policy FNG (LOCAL).
