IV.A.1. The Board of Education may vote to convene in closed session for the purpose of considering the following matter:

IV.A.1.a. The employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. This meeting is authorized pursuant to section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes.

IV.A.1.a.1. Terms of the Interim Superintendent Agreement

IV.A.2. The Board of Education will vote to adjourn from the closed session and may or may not reconvene in open session to take action on the issue dicussed.
