V.A. The Executive Committee may vote to convene in closed session for the purpose of considering the following matter:

V.A.1. The employment, promotion, compensation,or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. This meeting is authorized pursuant to section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes.

V.A.2. The Executive Committee will vote to adjourn from closed session and may or may not reconvene in open session to make a possible recommendation on the matter discussed.
