The Employment, Promotion, Compensation, or Performance Evaluation Data of any Public Employee Over Which the Government Body has Jurisdiction or Exercises Responsibility, i.e. Consideration of Request for Administrative Retirement from the Manitowoc Public School District. This Meeting is Authorized Pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes.

III.B. The Board of Education Will Vote to Adjourn from Closed Session and May or May Not Reconvene in Open Session to Take Action on Any of the Issues Discussed.
