I. CONVENE THE MEETING (ROOM 1 OF THE LINDBERGH ADMINISTRATION BUILDING)

II. CLOSED SESSION

II.A. The Board of Education will Vote to Convene in Closed Session fo the Purpose of Considering the Following Matters:
|
|
II.A.1. Screening candidates who may be qualified to serve as Superintendent of Schools for the Manitowoc Public School District. This meeting is Authorized Pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin Statutes.
|
|
II.A.2. Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. This meeting is Authorized Pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes.

|
II.B. The Board of Education will vote to adjourn from closed session and may or may not reconvene in open session to take action of the issues discussed.
|
