II.A. The Board of Education will vote on the date and time set forth above on convening in closed session for the following purpose:

II.A.1. Considering Employment, Promotion, Compensation or Performance Evaluation Data of Any Public Employee Over Which the Governmental Body has Jurisdiction or Exercises Responsibility (Superintendent Search). This Meeting is Authorized Pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes.

II.B. The Board of Education will vote to adjourn from closed session and may or may not reconvene in open session to take action on any of the issues discussed.
