B.  Approve Louise ISD TEKS Certification for the 2026-2027 School Year.

Action Items

A.  Consider and possible action regarding the purchase of student insurance from Health Special Risk, Inc. for $11,102 for the 2026-2027 School Year.

B.  Consider and possible action regarding the approval of a budget amendment to fund Bus Barn construction for $755,968.

C.  Consider and possible action regarding a contract to do all electrical work at the bus barn.

D.  Consider and possible action regarding the 2026-2027 Academic Calendar.

E.  Consider and possible action regarding teacher contracts for the 2026-2027 school year.

F.  Consider and possible action regarding contracts for the principals, counselors, assistant principal, athletic director, assistant superintendent for finance, technology director, cafeteria director and curriculum director for the 2026-2027 school year.

Closed Meeting

The governmental body may go into closed meeting as authorized by V.T.C.A. Government Code Chapter 551 Subchapter D as provided in the Notice of this meeting. The following items may be discussed in Closed Meeting

The Board may seek the advice for the governmental body on other matters that are protected by the attorney/client privilege (TGC 551.071);

The Board may discuss the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of public employee. (TGC 551.074)

The Board will reconvene to consider and possibly vote on items discussed in closed session
