A.  Consider and possible action regarding a contract with Ken Shanks to provide architect services for a new Bus Barn and surrounding structures 

B.  Consider and possible action regarding declaring Bus 8 as surplus equipment

C.  Consider and possible action regarding purchase of IXL software for the Secondary for $11,750

D.  Consider and possible action regarding a contract with Capturing Kids Hearts for additional professional development in the 2025-2026 school year for $18,000


E.  Consider and possible action regarding an agreement with Johnnie R. Gresham Operating, INC. to construct an aggregate pad for the new Bus Barn for $48,600

F. Consider and possible action regarding an agreement with Schmidt and Sons to develop the land grade and do the necessary dirt work to meet that grade on the east side of Louise ISD property

 

Closed Meeting

The governmental body may go into closed meeting as authorized by V.T.C.A. Government Code Chapter 551 Subchapter D as provided in the Notice of this meeting. The following items may be discussed in Closed Meeting

The Board may seek the advice for the governmental body on other matters that are protected by the attorney/client privilege (TGC 551.071);

The Board may discuss the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of public employee. (TGC 551.074)

The Board will reconvene to consider and possibly vote on items discussed in closed session
