The director would like to hire Natalie Rea as a Behavior Specialist for the 2023-2024 school year.  She will be on a 186 day Non-Chapter 21 contract and be paid on step 11 of the Behavior Specialist 186 day pay scale, which is $61,423.80.  Natalie's first day is September 14, 2023.     |

        Description: 
Dawn was on a 186 day contract and will move to the 191 day probationary contract, replacing Morgan Rushing, who was on a 191 day contract before she resigned.  Dawn will be paid on step 8 of the Behavior Specialist 191 day pay scale, which is $58,578.65.     |
