Description:
SPPI 11, SPPI 12, & SPPI 14 are all submitted through your PEIMS clerks and TSDS.

4.C. IDEA-B Grant
Description:
SC 5003 needs to be submitted by each district. It is in TEAL in the eGrants Application under the Special Collections tab. Instructions are attached. If you use the ESC for Title or Carl Perkins funding, they may do this for you. The grant cannot be submitted until all districts have completed this process. Please complete it by June 30, 2023.

5.C. SSA Agreement -- Amendment to Section 6.2
Description:
Currently-
6.2 Except as provided in Section 6.6 (Fiscal Agent Fee), state budget, administrative and uncontrollable costs shall be allocated based upon the following formula: The following calculation shall be used to ascribe to each District the amounts to which the Member District owes. Numbers for these calculations shall come from the previous year’s PEIMS submission. The SSA shall sum the following: WFTE and WMSADA for each Member District. Each Member District’s combined WFTE and WMSADA will be divided into the total WFTE and WMSADA to determine the percentage for each Member District. MDP = (District (WFTE +WMSADA)/ All District (WFTE + WMSADA). MDP = Member District Percentage of Costs and Benefits, WFTE = Special Education Weighted Full Time Equivalent, WMSADA = Weighted Mainstream Average Daily Attendance. If approved, we would amend to add "This calculation will be based on a two-year average of this formula"

Description:
The Covington ISD board approved a 5% raise for their staff. We would like to ask for a 5% raise for the SSA’s professional staff as well.
