Description:  SC 5003 needs to be submitted by each district.  It is in TEAL in the eGrants application under the Special Collections tab.  Instructions are attached.  If you use the EC for Title or Carl Perkins funding, they may do this for you. The grant cannot be submitted until all districts have completed the process.

Sppi 11, SPPI 12, & SPPI 14 are all submitted through your PEIMS clerks in TSDS this year.

Description:  Once we receive these from the ESC, Holli will forward them to you to sign.

Description:  Lessons learned so far -- Zoom meeting scheduled for June 30.

Description:  Secondary Staff training will be from 9:30- noon.
Elementary/Intermediate Staff training will be from 1:00-3:30.

Training will be as follows:

• August 2nd - Hubbard, Penelope, Malone at Hubbard

• August 4th - Abbott, Gholson at Abbott

• August 9th - Covington, Bynum, Itasca at Covington

• August 10th - Whitney

• August 16th - Aquilla

• August 19th - Mount Calm (All Staff 1:00 - 3:00)

Description:  IDEA-B Formula 313, Preschool 314, and State/Local 437 Budgets have been presented.

Description: 

• The Director would like to recommend Sara New as an SLPA to begin work in the 2022-23 school year.

 

• The Director would like to reduce the contract days for Diagnosticians and Speech-Language Pathologists.  Our contracted days are more than most districts and it could be a way to keep and/or get staff in the future.  Currently, the SLPs are contracted for 191 days and the Diagnosticians are contracted for 201 days.  The Director would like to recommend reducing it to 186 for SLPs and 196 for Diagnosticians.  This will help increase the daily rate, especially for SLPs when looking at our salaries compared to other districts.
