Description:
Lisa McKinnon has received the MOE forms for all districts. As she completes them, she will send them to you to sign. Please forward to Holli once signed.

5.A. SHARS PT/OT Prescription and Billing
Description:
Attached is an estimate of what each district will receive for OT/PT reimbursements this year as well as what they received last year. I'd like to suggest to stop filing for these services since we are having so much trouble getting prescriptions back.

6.A. 2020-2021 IDEA-B Formula 313, Preschool 314, and State/Local 437 Budgets
Description:
Recommendation: After review and discussion, the Management Board is advised to approve the 2020-21 IDEA-B Formula 313, Preschool 314, and State/Local 437 Budgets as presented.

6.B. Approve Summer Building Maintenance
Description:
JAG Enterprises Corporation is a member of BuyBoard, therefore, we are only required to get one bid.
Recommendation: After review and discussion, the Management Board is advised to approve the quotes for summer building maintenance as presented. |

6.C. Budget Amendment
Description:
The SSA currently has $351,029 in fund balance. That amount does not reflect what will be added into fund balance at the close of the 19-20 school year.
Recommendation: After review and discussion, the Management Board is advised to approve the proposed budget amendment from Fund Balance to cover some of the costs of summer building maintenance. |

7.A. Summer Trainings Reminder
Description:
Week of July 20-24- n2y Training for Life Skills teachers will be scheduled one day this week.
July 27-30- New teacher Success Ed training. Online 12-1 PM each day. Please let me know who your new teachers are and we will get them registered. First Week of August- iReady training online for new teachers. August 7- EPIC/RMTS training online for all staff who submit sessions into EPIC for SHARS. (Teachers, Nurses, OT, PT, Speech Pathologists, LSSP, LPC) 9 AM to noon or 1:00-4:00 PM Mrs. Hermes will get with Lisa Whipper to find out when CPI training will be offered. |
