9.A.1. Discuss Certified Defender Personnel

9.B. Pursuant to Section Tex. Gov’t Code § 551.0821  deliberate regarding a public school student if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by open deliberation. Directory information about a student is considered to be personally identifiable information about the student for this purpose only if the student’s parent or guardian or the student, if the student is at least 18 years of age, has informed the college that the directory information should not be released without prior consent.

9.B.1. Discuss Student Transfer Fee Waiver Request

9.C. Pursuant to Tex. Govt Code 551.071 of the Texas Goverment Code, private consultation with the Board’s attorney in person, or by phone, about (1) pending or contemplated litigation; (2) a settlement offer; or (3) on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the government body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this chapter.

Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, deliberation regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.
