Description:
Any citizen who would like to address the Board will be able to do so as the item on the regular agenda. Comments will be limited to 2 minutes per subject. If further time is needed, concerns should be addressed to the Superintendent. Personnel matters will not be discussed in a public meeting. Items that appear under the heading Routine and Regular Business will not be discussed or comments taken unless it is requested that they be removed from that category and placed on the regular agenda. Action on Routine and Regular Business will be acted upon with one motion and one vote. |

4.A. Election Proclamation and Resolution for School District General Obligation Bond Election (ACTION)

Discussion:
Begin with introduction. REsolution to consider having a General Obligation Bond Elections on 3/22/24. Approve 300 million of general obligation funds. All mail in ballot election. Working with county Clerk. Strong oil and gas production in our area. As a result, we will be able to collect tax quickly to pay off the Bond. per Art.
Erik Harrigan - RBC Capital - District significant growth. Issue of these bonds will. Washburn - intend to issue bonds and pay them off. If tax revenues continue. Issued and redeemed. Trent - advertise to the Community - Design and Buld of High School, REmodel PRL (projects wanted). Advertise with brochures and other media. LIst of stuff that the previous Bond paid for . Would like to have it. This is what it has been spent on. Need to get the word out. What this is specifically for. |
