Satterfield & Pontikes Construction, Inc., et al., Cause No. 12-H-0020-C, in the 23rd Judicial District Court, Matagorda County, Texas, Including Update on Status of Claims Related to the District's Construction and Facilities Issues, Consideration of Potential Resolution of Certain Claims, Selection of Representatives for Mediation, and Authorization to Sign Documents as Necessary to Resolve Claims and Address Issues.

V.B. Open Session: Take Action as Necessary on Items Discussed in Closed Session Including the District's Litigation and Construction and Facilities.

V.C. Closed Session: In Accordance with Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 and 551.129, the Board of Trustees will Convene in Executive Session to Obtain Legal Advice from Bay City ISD's Attorney Regarding the Current Agreements Between Bay City ISD and the City of Bay City Concerning Certain City Pools, Including the Interlocal Governmental Agreement Between the Bay City Independent School District and the City of Bay City, a Proposed Interlocal Governmental Agreement Between the City of Bay City and the Bay City Independent School District for Use of the City's Pool Facilities, and all Non-School Use of Bay City ISD Property.
