Description:
If needed, the Board will conduct a closed meeting for purposes permitted by the following:
Trustees may convene in closed session to receive legal advice from its attorney with regards to the selection of an architectural and engineering firm for the Pre-Bond Services, Possible Bond Services, and Possible Architectural/Engineering and Construction Administration Services for Possible November 2023 Bond Construction Program. Texas Government Code §551.074, discussion of appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, compensation, or duties of public employees. Texas Government Code §551, Subchapters D and E, discussion of any item on the agenda, in accordance with the Open Meetings Act. No action will take place in the closed meeting. Any action the Board wishes to take as a result of the discussion in the closed session will take place after the Board reconvenes in the open meeting. |
