Description: If needed, the Board will conduct a closed meeting as permitted for the following:

Texas Government Code §551.074, discussion of appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, compensation, or duties of public employees.
- Personnel
Texas Government Code §551.072, to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.
- Real Property
Government Code §551.076, discussion of security personnel
Government Code Chapter §551, Subchapters D & E, discussion of any item on the agenda in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.

No voting will take place in the closed meeting. Any action the Board wishes to take as a result of discussion in closed session will take place after the Board reconvenes in the open meeting.
