5. CLOSED (EXECUTIVE) SESSION

Description: If needed, the Board will conduct a closed meeting for purposes permitted by Texas Government Code §551.074, discussion of appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, compensation, or duties of public employees. No voting will take place in the closed meeting, Any action the Board wishes to take as a result of discussion in closed session will take place after the Board reconvenes in the open meeting.

If needed, the Board will enter a closed meeting to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property, Texas Government Code §551.072.

Real Property

If necessary, the Board will convene in closed session for discussion of any item on the agenda in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Government Code §551, D & E. Any action the Board wishes to take as a result of discussions in closed session will take place after the Board reconvenes in the open meeting.
