Individuals who have appropriate items for City Council consideration should complete the "Topic for Consideration for City Council Agenda" form located at the information table by the entrance to the Council Chambers.  If the issue can be handled administratively without Council action, notification will be provided.  If the item is scheduled for a meeting, notification of the date will be given.

*The Consent Agenda is approved on one motion.  Any item listed on the Consent Agenda may, by the request of any single Council member or public in attendance, be considered as a separate item under the Regular Agenda.

2.A. Approve the minutes of the June 15, 2026 regular City Council meeting.

2.B. Approve Amendment No. DFC26 to Lease Agreement No. LNE00265 between the City of McCook and General Services Administration for leased space in the terminal and old fire station at McCook Ben Nelson Regional Airport being used by The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and authorize the Mayor to sign.

2.C. Ratify Grant Agreement between AARP and the City of McCook.

3. Regular Agenda.

3.A. Update regarding the youth sports complex project.

3.B. Update regarding the City of McCook’s/McCook Community Development Agency’s application for an EPA Brownfields Program Grant.

3.C. Council Comments.

3.D. An Executive Session may be held upon a majority vote of the Council for the protection of public interest for a strategy session with respect to collective bargaining - Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge 57.
