Public Hearing - Request for a special exception by Cunningham Rentals, LLC to locate a Bed and Breakfast/Vacation Rental in a Business Commercial District (BC) - property located at 204 West 7th Street; legally described as Replatted Lot 1, Block 10, West McCook Addition to the City of McCook, Red Willow County, Nebraska.

2.A.1. Adjourn the Public Hearing.

2.B. Recommend approval to the City Council the application for a special exception by Cunnigham Rentals, LLC to locate a Bed and Breakfast/Vacation Rental in a Business Commercial District (BC) - property located at 204 West 7th Street; legally described as Replatted Lot 1, Block 10, West McCook Addition to the City of McCook, Red Willow County, Nebraska; finding Special Exception considerations A-I are satisfied and conditioned upon providing the City of McCook with a certificate of insurance listing the City of McCook as an additional insured.

2.C. Review and discuss proposed changes to the Supplemental District Chapter of the zoning ordinance update.
