I. Meeting Details
Description:
This School Board Meeting will begin in closed session and, upon completion of the closed session, will move into open session. The open session portion will not occur prior to 6:30 pm. The video portion of the meeting will begin when the Board ends the closed session and returns to open session.
This School Board Meeting will be held virtually only online. In order to view the meeting, please use the provided URL Zoom link. If you join virtually, please note that you will be joining a meeting as an attendee, meaning that you will be able to see and hear the participants of the Board meeting but they will not be able to see or hear you. A recording of the meeting will be posted on the School Board agenda webpage within 48 hours of the meeting. |

II. Roll Call

III. Closed Session - The Board will move into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85(1)(e) to deliberate or negotiate the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session to confer with legal counsel to discuss potentionally purchasing property and related agreements.

IV. Return to Open Session
Description:
The Board will return to open session to continue the agenda. The Board may take action on matters discussed in closed session. Open session will not begin prior to 6:30 pm.

V. Review and Potential Approval of a 66.0301 Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement for the Purpose of Cooperating in the Ownership and Development of a Facility for the Provision of Community Programs and Services.

Description:
