II. Closed Session - The Board will consider a motion to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(c), “[c]onsidering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility,” and Wis. Stat. § 118.22 for purposes of conducting a private conference as requested by an employee related to administration’s recommendation of nonrenewal of a teacher’s contract, and consideration of issuance of final notice of nonrenewal of teacher’s contract.
