Discuss and act on reallocation of $140,000.00 for TMS Unified Communications Project approved from the General Fund Balance on amendment #10-17-01.  Project will be reallocated to the School Safety Standards Grant, and $140,000.00 will return to the General Fund Balance.  Due to rising costs, the project now totals $177,488.00 which will be paid from Grant Funds
