Statements or presentations may relate to any aspect of the educational system of the District, with the exception of matters pertaining to specific staff or students. Comments regarding specific staff or students will not be allowed during public meetings. In the interest of maintaining the integrity of the published agenda, individual speakers are asked to limit their comments to not more than three minutes.
